20 February 2025 – professional day

On the spot: 9700 HUF
Online: 8000 HUF (+ 400 HUF handling fee per ticket)
Through the application: 6400 HUF (+ 400 HUF handling fee per ticket)

21-23 February 2025 – public days

On the spot: 5100 HUF
Online:
- with registration 3600 HUF (+ 400 HUF handling fee per ticket)
- without registration 4000 HUF (+ 400 HUF handling fee per ticket)
Through the application
- with registration 2900 HUF (+ 400 HUF handling fee per ticket)
- without registration 3300 HUF (+ 400 HUF handling fee per ticket)

TYPES OF TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ONLY ON THE SPOT

On Sunday (23 February 2025), entrance is free with a boat licence.

Price of the daily ticket for the professional day (20 February): 9700 HUF

Valid between 21-23 February 2025

Daily ticket at full price: 5100 HUF

Discounted ticket: 3200 HUF

Valid for children under 14 years accompanied by an adult, pensioners, students with a valid student card, disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility, by showing the appropiate identification document.

Group student ticket: 2300 HUF/person

For groups of at least 10 students, a valid student ID is required. The accompanying teacher also needs to buy a ticket.

Afternoon ticket (available on the spot after 15:00): 2900 HUF

Family ticket: 9600 HUF

For two adults and 1 or 2 children under 14 years. Children under 14 years must show an ID card.

HungaryCard ticket (50% discount): 2550 HUF/person

The event is free for children under 6 years old!

Tickets are valid for one entry only and are accepted for all concurrent events!

Tickets can also be paid with OTP, MKB, K&H SZÉP cards at our cash desk on the spot.

Parking

Inside parking (P4) – new parking system!
Parking fee: 5000 Ft
ENTRY: automatic gate opening
PURCHASE OF PARKING TICKET: at cash desks, Hello Pay booth
EXIT: scanning the QR code on the parking ticket
Please do not forget to buy your parking ticket before leaving!

Albertirsai út
Parking fee: 5000 Ft
Parking fees must be paid on the spot, in advance, by credit card at the start of parking.

GOLD parking ticket
Parking fee: 15000 Ft
With this service you can avoid traffic and enter the exhibition area out of line.
The GOLD parking ticket can ONLY be purchased in advance online or through the app, this is not possible on site. More information and tickets: HERE

VIP card
VIP Card owners can use the P4 and Albertirsai street parking sites during the opening hours. By the exit the barcode on the VIP Card is needed!

Disabled visitors
Disabled visitors can park their car in P4 parking site on the marked area free of charge. From this point pavilions can be easily reached.

Electric car charger station
Schneider Electric, the international expert in energy management and automation pays a close attention to the widespread of electric cars and supports the development of a suitable and modern recharging infrastructure. As a result of this, EVLink Parking electric car charger stations have been installed at the premises of HUNGEXPO Budapest Congress and Exhibition Center, that benefit not only the owners of electric cars but others too. The chargers contribute towards an efficient recharging infrastructure, furthermore indirectly influence the air quality of Budapest and with this they also assist in achieving climate protection related objectives.

Cashless payment

As of January 1, 2019, HUNGEXPO Budapest Congress and Exhibition Center has become completely cash-free. The use of the HelloPay “Cashless system”, which had already been in use in selected areas, will be extended across the entire territory. The system can therefore be used by visitors to pay with a touch-to-pay bank card or HelloPay card in lieu of cash for event entry tickets and parking, as well as to shop at dining areas at the location.

VAT invoice

Click HERE to register your need for a VAT invoice of the parking fee or the ticket purchase!

In the case of indoor parking, the last four digits of the credit card or the Hellopay card number and the date of parking must be entered.

Please remember to keep the receipt of your parking fee and your ticket.

The deadline for requesting a VAT invoice is 14 days from the closing of the given event.
