We managed to design a ship that combines the advantages of ships on the market. It is lightweight, safe, spacious inside, has the right driving performance with easy handling. Thanks to the low-resistance body, it is especially suitable for weak windy lake conditions, but it also has sufficient stability in strong winds, so it is safe, so it can be used even with little experience. Moreover, due to its massive structure, it is even suitable for education. A special feature of the ship is that the capital weight can be pulled up without any external devices (crane, lifting frame), moreover, this does not require human strength, but an electric actuator will do the work. Thus, it can be sailed in shallow/seaweed water (no bulba) and is mobile due to its easy weathering: it is easy to transport and can even be kept ashore, there is no need of a docking place. The interior provides a comfortable bed for 4 people and is thus completely suitable for hiking. Flexible motorizability can be a great help for this: it can be equipped with a built-in electric motor or an outboard motor.

The Danube Cadet is an open-structured, sportily elegant boat that evokes the world of classic: “old-world” speedboats. This is reflected in the appearance, where the goal, was the consistent application of stylistic elements characteristic of the brand. The external character is determined by the high-quality teak wood deck made by hand. The large-scale use of wood is partly a reminiscence of the past, but also a conscious decision due to the profile of our company, in which environmental sustainability plays a major role. With the boat, we want to provide an alternative to the common speedboats. Our goal is for people to discover the beauty and functionality of wood as a renewable energy source. We would like to continue with the Cadet and revive the partially forgotten building traditions of Hungarian handcrafted ships.

The goal was for the new development to preserve the unique handling characteristics of the Model 17, but the Royal Craft 18 can provide much more comfort and convenience for up to 8 people, all with the same water-cooled 125 KW engine. It is true that the battery power is nearly double compared to 40KWh – 72,516 KWh – but the ship’s range has increased by the same proportion. Both boats have a lossless straight propulsion, however, thanks to the special bottom training of the new Model 18, the propeller shaft stands at an angle of not 8, but 6 degrees relative to the horizontal.

Instead of destroying the organisms that settle on the hull, Finsulate prevents them from sticking permanently in an environmentally friendly way by changing the surface texture. It also prevents the development of osmosis. The basic idea of product development was given by the physique of sea urchins. Their “prickly” surface prevents algae from sticking, so Dr. Rik Breur developed a material that “mimics” the spiky surface of sea urchins. To do this, it uses nylon fibers as spikes, which are placed on an adhesive substrate as millions of tiny needles. Strong glue prevents the fibers from wearing out even at high speeds, so the product does not pollute the environment.

A fundamental problem is that the majority of shipowners merely own the vessel but do not use it. The Danube boat application has been developed with the aim of offering a rich and wide-ranging program for boaters with the involvement of settlements, ports, catering establishments, tourist centers and accommodations along the Danube. The activation of boaters significantly increases not only the revival of navigation on the Danube, but also the touristic concept of settlements along the Danube, in addition to offering valuable and useful program opportunities and information for both boat and land users.
This is because not only water but also land route planning has been integrated into the mobile application, with the aim of offering programs, accommodations and restaurants not only for boaters but also for those traveling on land, taking into account that the boater does not always travel on the water, and that the use of the app is not affected by seasonality; provide users with valuable recreational opportunities throughout the year, all with nationwide coverage.
